Problems and disadvantages of existing power trainers:
Low progress rate: The uneven distribution of the load and performance of the exercise increases the time for training, as a result – loss of motivation and interest in the lessons.
Injury: Incorrect exercise technique or the use of excessive loads can lead to injuries. Stretchings, twists or even fractures can occur if the safety rules are not observed.
Overwork: Inappropriate loads can lead to muscle and ligament overwork, which can slow recovery and increase the risk of injury.
Incorrect trainer configuration: It is necessary to adjust the gym to suit your height and physical training. Incorrect adjustments can affect the exercise technique and increase the risk of injury.
Risk for the cardiovascular system: Intensive strength training can increase the load on the heart and blood vessels. People with cardiovascular disease or other medical problems should consult a doctor before starting such training.
Insufficient training: Starting too intense workouts without preparation can lead to injuries. Gradually increase the load and keep an eye on your sensations.

The tasks that solves Titanium Fit:
Low progress rate: Automatic control for uniform performance and balanced load distribution will allow, with the same number of exercises, to obtain higher performance and increase the motivation of the practitioner.
Injury: Titanium Fit, through the mobile app, automatically adjusts the required load, which allows to minimize the likelihood of stretching, twisting, fractures or even reduce them to zero.
Overwork: The mobile application strictly monitors the intervals between sets and will not activate Titanium Fit if the body has not rested enough. Control depends on the level of the participant and is individual for everyone.
Incorrect trainer configuration: Before starting the class, the user enters his biological (age, gender, etc.) and physiological (height, weight, length of shoulder and forearms, etc.). Data on previous training experience is also entered, the user passes the load test on Titanium Fit. Based on all the collected data, an individual training program is prepared to optimize them for achieving the target, i.e. improving athletic performance, improving physical condition, etc.
Risk for the cardiovascular system: The mobile app strictly controls the level and intensity of training, gives additional tips and adjustments. If the user has a health problem then his doctor can enter additional adjustments of the classes, for this it will be enough to send the doctor his personal code in the mobile app. Users with cardiovascular disease should strictly follow the recommendations and advice of a doctor!
Insufficient training: Titanium Fit strictly adjusts the load allowing the body to warm up before full load. For a beginner, the mobile app is a “soft” program allowing you to get the right rhythm of classes and not to distract them from unnecessary overloads.
Insufficient equipment: The trainer’s bearings and levers have built-in sensors to control the rotation during the exercise. The data is displayed in real time. All deviations will be seen and corrected by the user. This will allow the set to be held at the level of professionals. When the user uses headphones like AirPods, or headphones with a good microphone, it will be possible to control the correct breathing. The moments of inhalation and exhalation are displayed on the screen, thus the user will visually control the breathing rhythm.
Dynamic load control technology:
To explain what is dynamic load regulation technology let us consider it on the example of biceps training. In the hand we have two main leverages, it’s the shoulder (upper arm) and the forearm (this is the area of the arm between the elbow and the brush). The angle of bending, when exercising, varies conditionally from 180 to 45 degrees. The maximum load occurs in the range of 180 to 90 degrees, please note, all data depend on the individual physiology. Then already from 90 to 45 degrees the load on the lever is reduced, which gives the opportunity to increase the load. Thus, the load in the first half of the exercise has been reduced, for example from 25 to 30 kilograms, and in the second half has already been increased from 30 to 45 kg. This approach minimizes the likelihood of injury and improves the dynamics of training. This approach does not require “warming up”, improving the overall dynamics of the classes.
Many years ago, when I was working out on strength training equipment, I noticed that many exercises could be performed more effectively. During workouts, it became evident that different muscle groups could be maximally engaged only within certain ranges of flexion and extension angles. However, achieving optimal load for all muscle groups within one set of exercises with the same weight is challenging. Bodybuilders often resort to performing multiple sets of the same exercise with short ranges of motion to target specific muscles, which requires significant time and effort and does not ensure maximum efficiency of overall workouts. The idea emerged to create a machine that could dynamically adjust loads. However, due to a lack of technical knowledge to implement it, I temporarily shelved this idea. Now, as we gathered a team and as the need for such a machine has grown for athletes, fitness enthusiasts, trainers, medical professionals, rehabilitation specialists, elderly individuals, people with limited physical abilities, individuals with chronic conditions, coaches, and instructors, we decided to implement this project. I developed several concepts and shared them with the team. Thus, the Titanium Fitproject was launched.
To create a new exercise machine, it was necessary to study existing ones. The main components of a classic exercise machine include:
- Handles/Levers: These are the components that users use for gripping or manipulating the exercise machine. Handles can be adjustable or static, depending on the design of the machine.
- Resistance System: This mechanism creates resistance and determines the level of load for the exercise. The resistance system can include standard weight blocks, plate-loaded weights, hydraulic cylinders, elastic bands, or other devices. The load is manually adjustable, and during workouts, users need to change the weight manually, pausing the set. In practice, this requires performing multiple sets with different weights.
Additionally, we explored alternatives to classic exercise machines:
- Electromagnetic Resistance Strength Trainer: Its drawbacks include limitations in weight capacity, electricity consumption, and maintenance complexity.
- Damping Principle Exercise Machine: Its main drawback is uneven load, which increases only at the peak of the exercise.
In the new exercise machine, we will address all these limitations.
The idea of a small and lightweight trainer with smart resistance seemed very promising to me. Like most good ideas, it is simple and understandable, but technical implementation required some thought. Several engineering tasks needed to be addressed. I created several variations of three-dimensional models and conducted preliminary calculations to determine the optimal shape and size of individual components of the power elements. The power element turned out to be quite advanced, indeed lightweight, and easy to maintain. I’m very eager to try it out in action with a large number of users.
The captivating idea of a trainer with smart resistance truly holds great promise. Its simplicity and clarity provide an excellent foundation for successful market integration. We are confident that our solution will be in demand and popular among users.
I am developing a product promotion strategy. I see potential in various sales channels and partnership relations that will help accelerate its market penetration.
